Up to date is actually at least 36.0.4, which is what iceweasel is also
at:

$ rmadison iceweasel
[...]
iceweasel | 36.0.4-1 | experimental | source, amd64, armel, armhf,

Now, it's true that 36 is not in unstable, but that's because we're
about to do a release.
