No. Icedove is a renamed version of Thunderbird. Iceweasel is a renamed version of Firefox. Iceape is a renamed version of Seamonkey. Icedove and Iceweasel are still available in jessie. Iceape is not available in jessie. If you want an equivalent of Iceape in jessie, you cannot get it from the Debian repositories. You will have to install software from outside of Debian.
