Hello, I have setup Debian Wheezy on an old MacBook of a friend.
So far installation went find, during installation i choose MacBook/MacbookPro(Intl) for keyboard type, de for language and rwin-key for ALTGr. First everyting was find, but now after every boot the keyboard layout is US English for the Console while it is correct for X. (Sometimes just doing a few things and don´t need X)
Here is /etc/default/keyboard # KEYBOARD CONFIGURATION FILE # Consult the keyboard(5) manual page. XKBMODEL="macbook79" XKBLAYOUT="de" XKBVARIANT="" XKBOPTIONS="lv3:rwin_switch" BACKSPACE="guess" I have already tried the things here: https://wiki.debian.org/Keyboard But it changes back after every boot.
