Thank for you detail update. can you please also share with your experience that. when i "dstat" i some time see wait time between 10-17 and at that time my system works slow. and my processor shows normal. what i have read about that wait values this is due to IO issues. now my question is how would i mitigate that issue. by purchasing a SAS or SSD or can i handle it by customizing the block size. how can i determine what is needed?
