actually i never compile or patch any kernel before for some reasons and learning i am installing kernel 3.16 stable with patch. now the question is when i visit kernel.org website i see 3.16 kernel and patch and inc.patch.
i can understand what is patch it could be a fix to some bugs but what is inc.patch or incremental patch.
