Andrew! That's almost an ad-hominem. It's certainly *very* sarcastic!

I wish to remind -everyone- of the Debian COC, please swing it past
your eyes occasionally, and to point out what SHOULD have been the
obvious:

The anonymous "Bzzzz" (at least *he* doesn't fess up to who he is!),
is probably likely to be able to find the power button on his (her?
its?) computer!

That's *so* insensitive to suggest that he (she? it?) might NOT be
able to find the power button on his computer.

I know I can find the power button on my computer, and I can type
these emails, so he (Bzzzz/she/it) can surely find the power button on
his computer?

I wouldn't even think this would be in dispute! And I don't think that
typing Bzzzz at the power button satisfies the Debian COC *or* the
computer.

Anyway ... enough already! We really shouldn't be denigrating one
another by suggesting that Bzzzz/he/she/it can not find the power
button of his/her/its computer.

No. Andrew, I think you should start coding up some sysvinit systemd
bridges, since there are genuine issues and desires unmet in systemd,
which sysvinit provides. Since you raised the point of coding, you
should *do* the coding.

Especially since asking someone who struggles to find the power button
on their computer to start coding, when they might not even be able to
find the power button on their computer, is, oh I dunno, insensitive?

Anyway... I suggest we all shake hands and make up ... systemd seems
to be a ... how shall I say it? A somewhat -touching- experience.

At least for some people...
