This has previously been discussed. Replies can go to either the poster of a message, or to the list, if only the Reply option is chosen, depending on the particular email application and its configuration and configuration provisions, as used by a person replying to a list message. gmail defaults to the poster of the message, and can not be configured otherwise, and the email application, alpine, also defaults to the poster of the message, and can not be simply configured otherwise, if the Reply option is chosen, and, this rule applies, unless the poster of the message to which the reply is being made, sets the Reply To field in that person's email application settings, or, manually enters the list email address in the To field, when composing a reply. >From the full header of the message that is the originating message in the thread; " X-Mailer: Yamail [ http://yandex.ru ] 5.0 " which might not allow the user to set the reply options, to look for the List-Post field in message headers, as was previously mentioned on this mailing list.
