Yes you can have both. Just install the Firefox version you prefer to /usr/local or /opt.(extract the tar.gz of the version you prefer, and copy the folder to /opt or /usr/local so there be no conflicts with package management system.) You should create a different profile for each version, also create a .desktop file for the version you install/copy or extracted into /usr/local or /opt.
