It looks like there is an error in the delivered sendmail.mc file.
I just tried it myself and I get the same errors.
When I edit sendmail.mc and move the lines at the end of the file
before MAILER_DEFINITIONS and run sendmailconfig sendmail.cf gets
generated without errors.
