Hi, I'm trying to enable interrupt remapping and DMA remapping to try and
use PCI passthrough as described here:
http://www.linux-kvm.org/page/How_to_assign_devices_with_VT-d_in_KVM

I'm following the guide for rebuilding an official Debian kernel package
(the parts under the "Add a patch to linux and build new kernel packages"
to get the sources and build prerequisites and "Building only a single
kernel variant" for the actual build) from the wiki (
https://wiki.debian.org/HowToRebuildAnOfficialDebianKernelPackage).
However, I can't find any of the options aside from the PCI stub driver,
which is already enabled. I'm recompiling kernel 3.2.51, which near as I
can tell has been around for longer than these options. Have they been
removed from the stable kernel due to stability concerns, or are there
other options I need to change to get them to show up?

Thanks in advance.
