Hi folks :-)

I'm ready to take system disk of a server and put it to new hardware
machine (with full compatibility).

What issues should be? grub problems?

Is there a specific way to migrate a disk from server and put it to new?

thanks!

If you use UUID in your boot loader and fstab, you should not have problems. At least, that's what those things are made for. If you have any problem with them, then please says it, it would be a good reason for me to go back to classic /dev/sd*X, which are human readable.
