What's the problem? This is the standard way for Linux to name serial ports. 3F8 gets /dev/ttyS0 and 2F8 gets /dev/ttyS1. That is working as designed. I would be more concerned about /dev/ttyS2 and /dev/ttyS3 sharing IRQ 9. IRQ sharing usually doesn't work with serial ports. Also, IRQ 9 is normally used by the ACPI controller. -- .''`.
