But those are available on the network only. That package does not exist on the debian-7.1.0-amd64-DVD-1.iso image. It does not exist there because non-free is not part of Debian due to not meeting the DSFG. Therefore non-free cannot be searched in that iso. Adding non-free to that one sources.list line will produce errors.
