Hello, every now and then I install Debian on new ix86 machines (Dell PowerEdge). They often have hardware which is not yet supported by the kernels of the official stable Debian release 3.0r1. So far I was using an unofficial "stable" netinst boot CD to install the OS. I also tried a few testing CDs (official and unofficial, downloaded using jigdo), but without success: segfaults when selecting keyboard layout, etc.
What I'd like to have is a bootable Debian CD with a recent kernel and a working setup program. What's the easiest way to get / create such a CD? Help is appreciated!
