That's ssh_config, for the client. The file to look in is sshd_config, which is for the server. It will be on the machine you are connecting to, rather than on the machine you are connecting from. If you do not have access, you may have to work something out with the system administrator. Did you check the output of "ssh -v" for possible clues also?
