The machine appears to have built-in Postscript 3; hopefully you are
utilizing Postscript (and not PCL). If so, you should be able to
adjust the margins by editing the CUPS Postscript driver, which should
be human-readable.

Turns out to be a much more mundane problem. The Windows printing
preferences page size for the printer was set to A4.
