... people doing telediagnosis about others without empathy and knowledge about psychology or even having horse-sense, being that narcissistic that they are convinced that other people do think as smug as they do by theirself. They also think they need to recommend things like "its best to ignore them types", because the others might have no idea what the filters of the mail clients are for.
