When the action is justified, yes... why not? A user that marks an OT is telling us that at least: - He/she knows how the basic flow of a mailing lists work - He/she knows he/she can importunate the rest of users by asking - He/she has a problem and thinks this list can be of help at some degree - He/she only wants some feedback not a solution thats works "out-of-the- box" All of the above tells me about the kindness/politeness of a person and I would take it into account. >> (side note: yes, there are forums and mailing lists available at their >> site) > > Link, to mailing list?
