I first thought it could be Network Manager because in the past (around 6
months ago) experienced similar freezes when shutting down this daemon so
before restarting/shutting down the system I stopped both, n-m and
networking services but the error was still printed :-(

Let me try with that. I'm going to stop rsyslog before restarting and see
what happens...
(stopping daemon, done, checking that the service is down... okay, now
restarting)
Mmm, there's still a FAILED message BUT now rsyslog is not listed, just
the other two proccesses:
init-+-exe
|-rc---startpar---sendsigs---pstree
|-rpcbind
So, now I have to find why these are failing to be properly stopped but
well, at least now I know the listed processes are indeed the ones that
hang. Thanks, that makes debugging a bit more easy :-)
