Hello, Thank you for your reply, and I apologize for the long delay. However, there is a reason to this, in the end; the next day after having these problems, I went to reinstalling debian, and went back to Squeeze. The problems never reappeared... so when wanting to reply to this email, I realized I never saved any of the dmesg or lspci -nn outputs when I was having problems.
