I think XFS is better for large files - such as video etc.  ReiserFS seems to 
pack the files in much better than ext3 for me.  On one of my systems I have 
the basic system (including /usr and /var) on an ext3 system with a file to 
file backup on a ReiserFS system.  The backup is about 8% smaller than the 
original. (1.19G original 1.11G backup) as taken with the df command.
