No, nothing in the docs about changes in appearance. I haven't used it in a long time so I don't recall what it used to look like. The scroll bar is there along with the bottom portion of the window...but nothing at the top. Maybe because it supposed to be closed with the same hot key that opens it ? I dunno.

Googling the "problem" shows nothing...so maybe that's what it's supposed to look like.
