Take a look at SoundConverter.  Make sure you look at the preferences
before converting anything -- one of the options is to delete the
original file, which you probably don't want!

It's pretty easy to use.  I've used it to bulk convert flac to ogg, and
the tags get carried over (song name, replaygain, etc.)
