I use irssi, and find that the alt-keys used to switch channels instead produce superscripts e.g. ²³. I thought that this was behaving like the right AltGr key, but they are not exactly the same, and xev shows them as Alt_L and ISO_Level3_Shift, respectively. Regards, Roger -- .''`.
