..maybe a wee hint in the neo-con tradition? Install all 8 display
managers and make gdm3 worry about being competitive enough. ;o)

..hum, I like them big, I inflated mine with the kde system settings
utility, /usr/bin/systemsettings from the cli, set your font sizes
in the "Login Screen"'s "General" tab.
