I am surprised why this behaviour cannot be the default. Earlier, the settings were in /etc/X11/xorg.conf. Then it was to be in /usr/share/X11/xorg.conf.d/50-synaptics.conf. Now, I am supposed to put the stuff in /etc/modprobe.d. Well, a thing or two to learn to get the same functionality with upgrades :-( Regards, -- Sridhar M.A. GPG KeyID : F6A35935 Fingerprint: D172 22C4 7CDC D9CD 62B5 55C1 2A69 D5D8 F6A3 5935 Linux is addictive, I'm hooked! -- MaDsen Wikholm's .sig
