I'm begining to think this might be the problem, I found this in Xorg.0.log
[ 32368.978] (EE) [drm] failed to open device
[ 32368.978] drmOpenDevice: node name is /dev/dri/card0
[ 32368.978] drmOpenDevice: open result is 9, (OK)
I think I also need to specify Xinerama with this section
Section "ServerFlags"
Option "Xinerama" "true"

Although I still haven't got more than one monitor working
