There was a bug report for that same message: [linux-image-2.6-amd64] system briefly lockup with messages: CE: hpet increasing min_delta_ns to 15000 nsec http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=515172 But it was apparently archived because no additional information was provided by the reporter.
