Indeed that would be awesome! $169 for a computer, $0 for Knoppix 3.3
and it would rock the Linux world for sure...
I bet one could even get non-computer people go buy one of these and
play with it because most people spend more money on cloths per month
that they would have to spend on that computer.

While we're on that subject, does anyone in here have any Lindows
experience? I remember that several years ago when it was first
announced, there was rumors about a "100% MS Windows compatible Linux"
that "will run every Windows application out of the box". Did they
really achieve that?
I have to admit that after that announcement, I paid little to no
attention to Lindows except the fact that they got sued by Microsoft and
the fact that Walmart was offering Lindows-PCs for $199.
