Haven't found anything invoking the style sheet in document.xml.
It begins with these lines.
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" standalone="yes"?>
<w:document 
xmlns:ve="http://schemas.openxmlformats.org/markup-compatibility/2006"; 
xmlns:o="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" 

I've yet to use a stylesheet and wonder whether there is a way to invoke 
one implicitly or indirectly.
