To be sincere, I don't even know what is that package intended for (this is the first time I see it). But if you have it in your system it must be for something, right? I think it is not installed by default ;-) There must be information on how this daemon works in the manual or README file and if you don't need it, you can disable it via "/etc/ default/readahead-fedora" file.
