Ok, nothing obviously wrong that I can spot. One more thing to consider: make sure eth0 and eth1 are not reversed (the names, not the physical cards). You can compare MACs from ifconfig or just watch syslog while pluging/unpluging the wire. In case you want to change the names just edit /etc/udev/rules.d/70-persistent-net.rules and reboot.
