Under Windows that app makes more much sense than under linux, mostly for

Maybe a chroot environment but I find it more convenient to have a 
testing box for that purpose or just a virtual machine.

Besides, most browsers have now an "incognito mode" feature, not sure if 
that will help for the case, at least for the "privacy" side :-?
