Hum... Not sure if I understood you correctly, but "libqtcore4" is 
available for lenny:

sm01@stt008:~$ apt-cache search libqtcore4
libqtcore4 - Qt 4 core module

That's from my local cache but true is that the web package search is 
acting weird as now can't find any package (at this same moment is "under 
maintenance"). I would wait some hours/days until the repositories are 
behaving as usually.
