Hi,
I have this problem with old version of VirtualBox.
What was working for me is deleting block inside /var/lib/dpkg/available where was mentioning old VirtualBox or in your case zimbra-ldap (near line 8727).

Before doing that back up /var/lib/dpkg/available just in case somethings go wrong.
