Thanks for the help.  I installed flashplayer and it is working......

PS I also installed youtube-dl and it does work.....  I tried using
totem and it didn't work.  Neither did mplayer or xine but I think
that the mplayer-domo non-free package would work but I think the
flashplayer upgrade makes more sense in that case......
