Report a bug against the kernel.

The difference in Version of 0 versus 5 is one of the few
differences between a failing burn and a succeeding run.

FWIW, I highly suggest you stick to 2.6.32 for now.  There are lots of weird
problem reports about 2.6.35 and 2.6.36 in LKML.
