you have deleted them - created new partitions and saved the setup. Do you think it's fine? Finding the data is coincidence because you have created partitions with same sizes, still you have corrupted some entries in the partition table and you need to repair it. partition magick and alike tools do it. I don't know how one can repair windows partitions from within linux. google on this.
