I used the information on this webpage to do a net install from my desktop. I needed drivers that weren't in the 2.4bf kernel: http://cert.uni-stuttgart.de/archive/debian/testing/2003/04/msg00070.html Could you do something similar (i.e., bundle the driver(s) you want into a tar file and include it in on the boot cd)?
