My wife uses sid/KDE on an 800x600-only resolution Toshiba laptop. Her home is exported as an NFS share so she can log in from various machines in my office, which are all 1024x768 resolution. When she does this, she's presented with an 800x600 KDE on a 1024x768 box...everything is shrunk :)
