$ apt-cache rdepends apt-listchanges apt-listchanges Reverse Depends: apticron kolab-cyrus-common education-common cyrus-common-2.2 apticron amavisd-new education-common cyrus-common-2.2 apticron amavisd-new cyrus-common-2.3 (I have stable, testing and unstable in sources.list...) Do you have any of those packages? You might also want to try 'aptitude why apt-listchanges'.
