Hi, Using docbook2html, with the -u option, instead of creating a big html file, jade dumps broken HTML code to the standard output.
$ docbook2html -u howto.db Using catalogs: /etc/sgml/catalog Using stylesheet: /usr/share/sgml/docbook/utils-0.6.9/docbook-utils.dsl#html Working on: /home/ismael/docbook/howto.db <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN"> <HTML ><HEAD ><TITLE >The Debian SGML/XML HOWTO</TITLE ><META NAME="GENERATOR" CONTENT="Modular DocBook HTML Stylesheet Version 1.76b+ "></HEAD ><BODY CLASS="article" BGCOLOR="#FFFFFF" TEXT="#000000" LINK="#0000FF" VLINK="#840084" ALINK="#0000FF" ><DIV CLASS="ARTICLE" Moreover, a simple docbook2html howto.db creates several correct HTML chunks without an error message. Exactly the same occurs using directly jade, so this does not seem to be a problem related to docbook-utils wrappers but to jade, the DTDs, or the stylesheets themselves. $ jade -V nochunks -t sgml \ -d /usr/lib/sgml/stylesheet/dsssl/docbook/nwalsh/html/docbook.dsl \ /usr/lib/sgml/declaration/xml.dcl howto.db <HTML ><HEAD ><TITLE >The Debian SGML/XML HOWTO</TITLE ><META I am using Debian stable. Any feedback will be very useful, so thanks in advance. Regards, Ismael -- "Tout fourmille de commentaries; d'auteurs il en est grande cherté"
