http://www2.ati.com/drivers/firegl/fglrx-glc22-4.1.0-3.2.5.i586.rpm (XFree 4.1) http://www2.ati.com/drivers/firegl/fglrx-glc22-4.2.0-3.2.5.i586.rpm (XFree 4.2) http://www2.ati.com/drivers/firegl/fglrx-glc22-4.3.0-3.2.5.i586.rpm (XFree 4.3) and the README is at: http://www2.ati.com/drivers/firegl/readme0325.txt Would anybody buy the "I'm a newbie" defense? As far as superiority to the DRI drivers, they are a million times better. But that is mostly because the DRI driver are non-funtional on my system. I think it has to do with the nVidia nForce2 AGPGART and the ATi video card combo. After I bought them I heard that there were some problems with that particular mix. After reading the README, it looks like the new driver only functions with the Radeon 8500 and newer. -Roberto ___________________________________________________ Yahoo!
