AOL is pretty worldwide, and IIRC german AOL-subscribers also have 
@aol.com e-mail.
   

Why is AOL "AOL" in Europe?  Why not EOL?  Heck, GBOL, DOL, FOL 
(or OLF; they do things backwards)?  Espana might be ESOL...

 

And Lithuania?
