So... you have no internet connection and you have a "mirror" in your local network which only has dvd1.iso? And you want to boot with PXE.
Er... you can loop mount that image and add a "cd-deb" tag - or similar - to your sources.list. For PXE to work you'd probably need the netinst.iso, or to extract the necessary files from the dvd1.iso you have... But this is just be guessing at what you want and what you could do...
