Yeah, looks like something is broken. When I try to get kde, I get

And when I try to get kdemultimedia, I get two pages similar to
kdemultimedia: Depends: artsbuilder (>= 4:3.1.2-1.1) but it is not going to be
installed
Depends: kaboodle (>= 4:3.1.2-1.1) but it is not going to be installed
Depends: kaudiocreator (>= 4:3.1.2-1.1) but it is not going to be installed
Depends: kdemultimedia-kfile-plugins (>= 4:3.1.2-1.1) but it is not going to be
installed
etc. Looking over bugs.d.o, I see a similar bug (#197358), but no
resolution.
