Godo is correct on the suite. And, there does seem to be an x64 build: http://releases.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/seamonkey/releases/1.1.18/contrib/seamonkey-1.1.18.en-US.linux-x86_64.tar.gz As for a 64 bit build to Firefox; I also did not see that.
