They aren't spam the way I understand it, because they are neither 
unsolicited, nor bulk email.  The mms.mycricket.com server generates exactly 
one message (not bulk) "in response" to your message (not unsolictied).

I think the mms.mycricket.com server is misconfigured; I would expect DSNs to 
go to the mailing list software.  Mailman et. al. have some support for 
handling such messages and auto-unsubscribing troublesome addresses.

The bounce messages aren't from lists.debian.org.
