I am running Lenny with exim4 and one user would like all email to
him to be rejected. I believe it is bad to use procmail to reject
mail, and wonder if there is an easy way to do this with exim.
This user basically wants no mail to be able to be delivered to his
account. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

See if this helps.

That's a really old version of exim, of the 3.X series. For the latest
version, see http://www.exim.org/exim-html-current/doc/html/spec_html/
Assuming a standard, confing, putting
:fail:
in the user's .forward file will cause e-mail to be rejected, or use
:blackhole: to accept the e-mail but discard it.
