Hi, I downloaded http://security.debian.org/debian-security/pool/updates/main/a/apt/apt_0.6.46.4-0.1+etch1.tar.gz from the following webpage
http://packages.debian.org/etch/apt I then run the following two commands. But I don't find the 'install' option in the Makefile.
